Yes! I welcome any suggestions for impovement of my store.I also love to hear what you think about my products and service. My first priority is my customer! I want to hear what ou think can improve your experience.
Can I combine multipule scents in one product?
Yes! Most scents can be combined to make your own fragrance. I suggest picking one of the scents listed and then in the comments section at the end of check out ask to have the additional scents added.
If I combine scents will it cost more?
No! I do not charge extra for combining scents. There is an example of this in my store products. In the scent Island punch I combine 6 scents together and it still cost the same as a product with one scent such as stawberry.
How can I ask you questions about your product?

Can I get a free sample?
You can request a free sample of any product you want by sending me an email telling me what products and scents you would like samples of along with where to ship the samples. Send the email to allessandra_ruiz@yahoo.com
Why is my lotion turning brown?
Due to the all natural state of the products some of the oils make a chemical reation that causes the product to turn brown. THIS DOES NOT MEAN THE PRODUCT IS BAD. It is still perfectly safe for use. Please note: while the products are all natural it does not mean tat they are hypoallerginic. Some people may still be allergic to the ingredients used. If skin irratation occurs you should discontinue use right away.
Are your scents original from name brand companies?
No! Our scents only claim to be simular to other top brands. Also our products are made from all natural ingredients and do not have all the additives that other Top brands so the diffrence in ingredients may alter the scent even further from the simularities it has with these brands. Keep in mind when ordering that these are handmade products containing all natural ingredients and made fresh on order, they are in no way associated with other brands. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN DUE TO YOU THINKING A PRODUCT HAS A FAMILIAR NAMING SCENT THAT IT IS EXACTLY LIKE IT.
